John's birth was 12 Jan 1866 in Dublin, Dublin, Ireland. His name is XXXXX XXXXX the record but mother and father is

There are no marriage records available for Dublin yet online. They have not been digitized yet but Ireland is working on it. What can be done in the meantime is to hire a researcher to review the available records at the National Archives of Ireland or at the diocese in Dublin.
