HAVE NOT FOUND DOCUMENTS FOR BIRTH NOR HAVE WE FOUND LEGAL DOPTION DOCUMENTATION. HOSPITAL HAS BEEN CLOSED DOWN FOR MANY YEARS, HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE NOR THE RECORDS OF ADMISSION TO THE HOSPITAL ON THAT DAY OR MONTH. CAN YOU ADVISE? THANK YOU .
