Sorry, I am asking Mary, when you view the networks on the Wii,

So

  1. From the Wii console's Main Menu, click on the Wii button in the lower left corner.
  2. On the Settings screen, click Wii Settings.
  3. In the Wii System Settings, click the blue arrow on the right to reach the second screen of options, and then click the Internet button.
  4. Select Connection Settings.
  5. Select any connection labeled as None, and then select Wireless Connection.
  6. Select Search for an Access Point. The Wii console will search for nearby wireless connection points.
  7. Select OK to display a list of available access points and then select the access point that matches your router's SSID.

Do you see your SSID in the list?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
ok, I see 1 that will match
Expert:  Richard replied 11 months ago.

ok, if thats yours, select it

Then what happens?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Error code 52232, unable to connect to server. Please try again later
Expert:  Richard replied 11 months ago.

ok, hold the power button on the wii for 60 seconds then release.

Once done, remove the power to your wifi router

Wait 5 minutes then connect the power to your wifi router

Then power on the wii, repeat the procedure to connect it and tell me if it now connects please.
