Hi,

I'm sorry about the issue. Is this issue occur on the Wii device? or another device?

What is the brand/model of your Internet/wireless modem/router device?

Do you know how to log in your modem/router device in order to check / confirm your wireless network name (SSID) and password?

Have you tried to disconnect the power cord(s) from your modem/router device(s) for a few minutes, then reconnect

, then disconnect the power cord from the problematic device for a couple of minutes, then reconnect, then check?

If that does not work, can you go to Settings, then Internet option, then Connection Settings, then select Connection 1, then Clear settings if shown, and confirm yes

, then go to Settings, Internet, Connection Settings, Connection 1 again, then select Wireless Connection, then Search for an Access Point, then select / connect to your wi-fi/wireless network name (SSID), and check.
