i deleted off the system to reconnect it but it wont turn on

Are you sure that your bluetooth headset is fully charged? I would charged the headset first. Can you also tell me the model of the headset so I can troubleshoot it further?

its fully charged but when i press the power button it wont turn on. i put my headset on the charger and it wont charge. my headset serial number that i see on the back of my blue -tooth headset is XXXXXXXXXXX

It may be broken, try to turn it on while it is charging, it seems like it is a known issue to some:

I would recommend calling Sony for replacement if possible if it doesn't turn on.

my mic wont charge usully when my mic charge it has a red ring around the mute button but now when i put it on the charger nothing wiil happen

I think your headset has a hardware problem and needs to be serviced. You should contact Sony directly:

Haven't been able to 'fix' the mic, if it is misconfigured I've been able to help, but if the hardware itself has failed that will need repair or replacement.
