pbmfixs :

Hello, and thanks for your question!!

pbmfixs :

It sounds like the hard drive is bad, you need to replace it.

pbmfixs :

Hello??

Customer :

It was playing earlier today. How can it go bad so fast

pbmfixs :

It can be any number of reasons that would cause it to go bad.

pbmfixs :

They dont always give any warnings

pbmfixs :

if an electrical surge or spike hits, or if a sector of the drive goes bad it will do the same thing.
