There is a USB Dongle that is suppose to come with that Board. Plug the Dongle into the back of the Wii and you will see it slow flash Red. Press the Flashing Red Button and it will start flashing a lot faster. While that's flashing faster, press and hold the Power Button on the Board until the Flashing Red Light goes to solid indicating that it's now connected to the Board.
