Unfortunately, any credit card dispute has to be filed within 120 days from purchase and if the travel club is not delivering the services for which the agreement was executed, generally the options would be to file complaint with the Attorney General of your state and the state where this travel club is located also formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also a small claims lawsuit can be filed against the travel club (providing that this travel club company is still in business).
