My husband and I joined a travel club last December, On Vacations Travel Club. i cannot contact them by email. There Domain site is for sale. I call and the phone had an automated answer, but when you pushed an extension number, it just rang and rang and was never answered. We played $4300 on my husband VISA card. I there any way to get our money back through VISA?

Unfortunately, any credit card dispute has to be filed within 120 days from purchase and if the travel club is not delivering the services for which the agreement was executed, generally the options would be to file complaint with the Attorney General of your state and the state where this travel club is located also formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also a small claims lawsuit can be filed against the travel club (providing that this travel club company is still in business).
