Good afternoon. I am Loren, a licensed attorney, and I look forward to assisting you.

What does Mr Manches want you to do? Does he want money from you?

Mr. Manches is supposedly attempting to act as an intermediary between a private investor and
our mining exploration company by loaning USD12M @ 5%/year, 5 year term. We will meet with the angel investors lawyers, bankers, etc. to finalize the transaction in Georgia, USA.
I just don't get it. It doesn't look like they are trying to take our money. Laundering??? Any reports re that to his name. You might look at his LinkedIn page. I will have a contract for review later tonight and maybe can provide further info. Cheers.

The fact that he has 500 plus connections is promising. There is no harm in hearing what he says. If you are in the industry then you should be able to have a feel whether or not he is legitimate. I would also insist on speaking with industry references before any involvement.
