I am sorry to hear about this situation. This is a real company. It opened for business 12/17/2014. It has numerous complaints about it via the BBB (HERE) and other sites. They claim to work in:
Debt Relief Services
The company has also not obtained a necessary license from Arizona Department of Financial Institutions to be licensed to work in debt relief. All red flags point to poor customer service and lack of return for their customers. They have several addresses.
In short, if someone in your situation has them owing you money, I would strongly consider litigation before the company simply goes defunct and is dissolved by the state for lack of filing - which these kind of companies often do.
Please note: If I tell you simply what you wish to hear, this would be unfair to you. I need to be honest with you and sometimes this means providing information that is not optimal. Rating my answer the bottom two faces/stars (or failing to submit the rating) does not give me credit and reflects poorly on me, even if my answer is correct. I work very hard to formulate an informative and honest answer for you; please reciprocate my good faith with a positive rating.
