Hello, Did you actually buy a lottery ticket to participate in this contest, or did you just get a phone call that said you are a winner?

Hello, Lottery winners are paid by the proceeds of lottery tickets. Scammers like to try to make people believe that you can be picked out of thin air as the winner of a contest but it's just not true. You must buy a ticket to enter a lottery and you have to produce one with the matching numbers posted on the contest's website in order to be able to claim your prize. Not only that but under Federal law you cannot purchase a lottery ticket online. You must go to where such tickets are sold and purchase it there. If you'd been able to do that, you wouldn't have asked this question. You'd have already been able to match your ticket numbers to the numbers drawn by the contest and you'd have confirmed your winnings. So this is a scam. Washington State has no such company as the Millionaire Gaming 7 Lotto corp. registered with the state of Washington. You can see that by searching for it on the Washington Secretary of State's business register. You are not a contest winner. Send these folks no money. You will get nothing but swindled.
