im in the process to apply to refinance my mortgage with quick and loans. its going on 3 months now. earlier they wanted $400 up front for good faith. They have cashed my check and they tell me i still may not be approved. they keep asking for paper work and sometimes they ask for the same papers. they first told me i can get extra money (approx $2000) now they say i can only get $300. i am very unhappy with the things are going. they i cant get my $400 back if i want to cancel. they are giving me the run around, is there anything i can get my $400 back? i just want to cancel. they probably will deny my loan anyway.
