Hello, This company would appear to be legitimate. For one thing, and this is very important, it charges no up front fee for its services. It takes its commission only if it gets you your benefits, then it gets 20% of what it finds you. The WHOIS for the company shows that the website will turn 2 in May, so it is a fairly new business. The site owner is John Sweigart Enterprises,L L C, which would be the parent company of VBHC. John Sweigart Enterprises,LLC is registered with the Utah Secretary of State at the address listed on the VBHC website. It shows as an active Utah business in good standing with the state. The business is unknown to the Better Business Bureau. And you would likely be able to do for yourself what they will do for you and save yourself the 20% fee, but there are no scam reports on this company, they are lawfully registered and they appear to be legitimate. All the same, you should contact the Utah State Attorney General's Office to see if they have a complaint history about this company that they will share with you or if they are currently being investigated by the state for any improprieties.
