Hello, Are you talking about in Noida, India? If so, the site has been around since 2009, but there are many complaints about them on the web. If they made an unsolicited call to you and claimed to be affiliated with Microsoft or Apple and that your computer is infected, they are scamming you. Companies who do this are not dealing honestly. Microsoft provides an operating system. They don't know or pry into what's going on in your computer. What scammers who do this want is remote access to your computer. If you give it to them, they install spyware, which can allow them to hack into all of your accounts, commit identity theft and deplete your bank account. If you won't give them remote access, they can also have you install products that are deliberately infected with malware and which have the same purpose. If this sounds like what happened to you, you have to worry more than just about getting your money back. You have to get your computer checked out by a legitimate tech service then change all of your PIN numbers and passwords. If this isn't what happened, give me the website.
