E-mail***@******.*** with any questions you may have or if you need clarification/assistance.
Under normal circumstances you are not supposed to make a payment for a lottery you won but due to the fact that this lottery is an international lottery from the United Kingdom, there is a no tax policy on the funds, which means the processing fee cannot be deducted from your winnings and our headquarters will reimburse you fully for this fee.
Because you won this lottery from an online balloting system, your claim will expire after 10 days, starting from today. Be sure you act accordingly before this expiry date.

Thank you.
This is a scam. See here or here.
This is a common scam where they purport that you have won money overseas, only to actually steal money from you, as well as possibly your identity.
Also, consider this:
1) US citizens cannot participate in foreign lotteries, and
2) If you do not remember entering, how could you win?
Please do NOT reply to such emails or calls and disregard/delete them.
Please note: If I tell you simply what you wish to hear, this would be unfair to you. I want to be honest with you and sometimes this means providing information that is not optimal. Negative ratings are reserved for experts who are rude or for erroneous information. Please rate me on the quality of my information; do not punish me for my honesty.
I hope this helps and clarifies. Gentle Reminder: Use the SEND or REPLY button to keep chatting, or please rate when finished. You may always ask follow ups at no charge after rating. Kindly rate my answer as one of the top three faces/stars and then SUBMIT, as this is how I get credit for my time with you. Rating my answer the bottom two faces/stars or failing to submit the rating does not give me credit and reflects poorly on me, even if my answer is correct. I work very hard to formulate an informative and honest answer for you; please reciprocate my good faith.
