Hi,I'm Lucy, and I'd be happy to answer your questions today. This is unfortunately not a legitimate organization. There is no legitimate organization that charges people to claim a sweepstakes prize, or that contacts winners out of the blue to inform them they've won a sweepstakes they don't remember entering. It's impossible to win a contest unless you fill out an entry form and submit it. They send dozens, if not hundreds, of the same email in hopes of getting someone who will respond. They just want to steal your money. It's called advance fee fraud, and it's very very common. These sites have hundreds of negative reviews about the company: This woman lost $16,000 to scam artists using the same name. If you have any questions or concerns about what I've written, please reply without rating so I may address them. It's important that you are 100% satisfied with my courtesy and professionalism. Otherwise, please rate my service positively to redirect a portion of the payment you have already made so I am paid for the time I spend answering questions. There is no charge for follow-up questions. Thank you.
