I have an order in progress. Now that I know I need to stay away from this site is there a way to get my information (credit card) away from them?

The only fool proof way to ensure your card is not charged in the future or further abused is to cancel it and have your credit card company re-issue a new card with a new number. Short of that you would be relying on the assurances of a company you already don't trust.
