I have been contacted by a William Richard Wampum Group LLC XXXXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX about Manhattan Transfer Registrar Co. He tell me that the people behind Mahattan is arrested in China and he can help me with get my investing through Manhattan back. Is this fraud.

I am not sure but on the homepage www.wampumgllc.com the adress is 71 Broadway, STE 12 D New York US 10006. I have searched on internet and according to the homepage www.economicfrauds.com/Wampun-Group -LLC.htlm it could be a fraud.
