Hi and thank you for using JustAnswer!I am sorry to learn of your experience. How is it that you were contacted by this person?
Through my fiancee, Sorry but do not know why that makes a differance. I have documents to attach for your review. But there is no where to attach then too. To see if they even look ligitimate, from the "high court" His email is smart collins <XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX> Can't find him on google search anywhere. Needed to know if he is an actuall attorney, and the paperwork sent to me was any good the most recent one, states the high court wants an additional $3500 USD to aprove the transfer of the inheritance to me.
Thank you. So, to clarify, he e-mailed your fiance?
No this is her inheritance left to her husband, Whick I will be when she gets here, prior to that I recived and signed and paid for an "Oath of Kinship" which I have available to sent to you.. then recieved "document of inheritance with the high court requestion an additional $3500 USD. Really need these to be looked at and VERY much need to know if he is an attorney. Thank you

Dear JB Umphrey, Please post this to testimonials if you wish, I can not find the link. My question yesterday was "Trying to prove this attorney exsists, I maybe being scamed" My fiancee only had an address to work with and no name, she recieved 8 years ago just before her father's death. "Attorney Smart Collins" was running an illegal lawyer's office. He was arrested today by the Nigerian Police Department. Once I have his name and address, as you only answer questions, I will find an international attorney to sue him based on me having saved everthing he or I wrote including acknowledging reciept of the $845.00 USD from my finacee. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! RCNash from CT. USA
You are most welcome. Best wishes!
