Hello. According to my research, this company was originally registered in the UK in May of 2006. However, the company appears to have been dissolved in 2007. At that time the only director was s Mr. Paul Edward Jeans. I did not find a Jeff Patric affiliated with the company.

I have checked out as thoroughly as possible through the UK Companies House which is the governmental entity for registering companies. Paul Jeans Ltd., with the company number of 05825303, was formed in May of 2006 and dissolved in 2009 (sorry, I said 2007 earlier). There is no record of a Paul Jean Construction Company with the Companies House.
