i have had a letter through the post this morning from euromillions commonwealth of nations online lottery,claiming i have won 600k through online lottery program held on 27/01/12 results released on 3/2/12 claming a mix up of names and numbers,and to contact a ricky shortt foreign service manager for global financial services to start processing my claim,and given a final date 31/8/12 if the claim is not made the entire fund goes to uk board of internal revenue as unclaimed. the letter was signed and dated by XXXXX XXXXX vice president on 1/7/12, what can you tell me is this a scam letter. regards g.morgan.
