Hi, I got an ad from Cellular Life Research Center for Pimt4life, supposedly a new anti-aging enzyme. It is guaranteed. It looked great, so I looked online for the company and can't find anything more than the same ad on a website. Their street and suite address is really a PO Box store, google maps showed me, but there are no BBB claims against them. The order taker did not like my questions and gave me an XXXXXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX but they didn't answer my email. Can you find out anything further?Cari
Already Tried: BBB in FL, google maps showed their office address is a UPS store, no response to email, no info from order-taker. I did find medical research on yahoo that pimt is a real enzyme. And can be effective. No info on google. A company named Seacoast comes up but they have nothing about it on their site.
Hi and thank you for using JustAnswer! Please clarify: what information are you seeking from JustAnswer?
I want some way to know if they are legit. A guarantee is only as good as the company giving it. I'm afraid I'll order hundreds of dollars worth to get the 50% off special and then want to return it and they'll have flown the coop. Like where is it manufactured. Where in their headquarters?
There is zero guarantee. The bottom of their website has this disclaimer: "Products offered on this web site are not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat any disease. Hi JBI saw that. All supplement companies need to say that. It has no meaning, they do give a lifetime guarantee if buyer is dissatisfied in any way, no questions asked. My question was about if you could find out something I haven't already found out about them. I was dismayed that what I thought was a lab was really a post box, presented as a suite #.
Your findings are consistent with the fact that their website was only created in March 2011, it's anonymously registered through GoDaddy.Their terms of use also include this disclaimer: "Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law."Thus, you know, you cannot hold them accountable/responsible for anything.Cellular Life Research Center is not BBB Accredited and it is not registered with the Florida Department of State. If you wish to later return product, there is no way for you to be able to successfully do it and be able to hold them accountable if they refuse. This is where the saying "buyer beware" comes from. I cannot tell you how to spend your hard-earned money but all the red flags are there to show you that you should not spend what you cannot afford to lose. What are your options now?If you wish to continue this conversation, click on the Reply tab.
