I want to know if this is a fruad.
Thank you. This organization features heavily in scam reports, such as these:http://www.scambook.com/company/view/49463/Grants-In-America-LLCSo this is a scam. Such types of scams, also known as ‘advance-fee fraud’ are unfortunately extremely common these days and many unsuspecting victims fall for them. The 'grant scam' is just a variation of these. The ways in which such scams operate are as follows:• Before the grant materializes, you are asked to pay a sum of money for various reasons, commonly as a processing fee, administrative costs, etc. This is the advance-fee part of the scam and such payments are never required in the circumstances, or even by law.• Tempted by the potential grant, you send the money in good faith. The usual request is for the money to be sent via Western Union, Moneygram or other dubious methods. These are the favoured payment platforms for fraudsters as it is extremely difficult to trace the recipients of payments and also easy to hide behind a fake identity.Once the money has been sent, the fraudster either stops all contact and the grant never materializes. If you were due to pay any money, DO NOT do so - never pay upfront to get a grant. Cease all contact with the other party and do not communicate further with them.

I am just doing my homework to find out if this is a scam. I have not paid any money to this scam. Lucky for me. I have spent $30.00 on expert about scams (you) rather that $500.00 on the scam artist.
To me $30.00 is well spent. Thank you for your answer.
My pleasure. All the best
