Already Tried: searched the internet for information, viewed their website. Also asked for their Audit report which was a 1 page summary signed by a socalled accountant without an official letter head.
Hello Jacustomer,The site is a fairly new one -- only 6 months old (see whois). That means there isn't much out there on the web about them. A new company doing high pressure soliciting should send up a red flag. For that matter, any betting company that guarantees a return should send up a red flag. You already know that on any given day, there's no such thing as a "can't lose" bet. Also, as you can see from their whois information, they are keeping their registration information private. That is also a red flag. While there may be legitimate reasons for not wanting to reveal the name and address of the registrant, most legitimate companies have no real problem telling you who and where they are. And you would want to be able to check out that information against what they put on their website, especially when the site indicates that they are an Australian concern but the IP address points to the US state of Virginia. You would also want to check ASIC's business registry. If the company is on the up and up, it would have to be there. I tried, but probably because of the time difference between our two countries, the register is unavailable. I'm linking you to the registry. If they are not there, then the other indicators would all together spell out fraud. If they are there, then on paper at least they are an actual company. Whether they are one that can deliver on its promises is a whole other matter. I'd recommend avoiding anything on the web that sounds too good to be true. There simply isn't any way to guarantee betting returns.Scamwatch.au addresses betting scams here.
