I have deposited the $3750 check from Nova Tube Indiana II

I have deposited the $3750 check from Nova Tube Indiana II (The National Lottery) drawn against JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. Louisville, Ky. Apparently this is a scam.
Will I suffer any additional monetary damages when the check is dishonored as a bad check??? I notified my bank shortly after depositing the check but I do not know if the bank can take any action to call back the check I deposited.

 



Already Tried:
Searched the web before depositing and found out that Nova Tube Indiana is a valid company so I deposited the check with my bank however I should have checked my web search more closely because it listed The National Lottery -NOVA TUBE Indiana as a fraud. I notified my bank but have not heard back from them yet. I don't know if they can call back the check deposit.

It's too late if it has been deposited to do anything about it. That said, the only additional "out" you would be would be the bounced check fee your bank charges (somewhere in the $25.00 to $35.00 range). As long as you don't do anything else in relation to the "The National Lottery -NOVA TUBE Indiana" that will be the extent of the damage.
