I have deposited the $3750 check from Nova Tube Indiana II (The National Lottery) drawn against JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. Louisville, Ky. Apparently this is a scam.Will I suffer any additional monetary damages when the check is dishonored as a bad check??? I notified my bank shortly after depositing the check but I do not know if the bank can take any action to call back the check I deposited.
Already Tried: Searched the web before depositing and found out that Nova Tube Indiana is a valid company so I deposited the check with my bank however I should have checked my web search more closely because it listed The National Lottery -NOVA TUBE Indiana as a fraud. I notified my bank but have not heard back from them yet. I don't know if they can call back the check deposit.

That said, the only additional "out" you would be would be the bounced check fee your bank charges (somewhere in the $25.00 to $35.00 range).
