I just signed up for a program with ProfitMasters. Apparently they are not legitimate. I need to get my $77.00 back. I paid with my credit card. The bank cannot help until the money is actually withdrawn. Please advise how I go about doing this. My email address XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX. Already Tried: I called my bank, but they say they can't dispute the sum until it has actually been collected by the "business."

If my answer is not clear please feel free to follow up or request clarification.When the charge appears on your statement, you can either call the credit card company or go online and contest the charge as fraudulent. The credit card company will remove it during its investigation and notify you of their results within 90 days.You can also report ProfitMasters to you state attorney general's consumer fraud division.
