I HAVE A MAN THAT IS TRYING TO GET MORE MONEY FROM ME . HE SAYS HE IS IN NIGERIA AND WAS TO BE COMEING HOME LAST SATURDAY!! THEN HE WAS IN ACCIDENT AND WHAT A SCAM I FELL FOR!! NOW HE STILL INSIST I HELP HIM OUT , SAYS HE'S A CONTRACTOR BUT CAN NOT CASH THE CHECK HE HAS!! TO GET A PLNAE OUT OF THERE!! WE'VE BEEN TALKING AND TEXTING AND EMAILS!!

This is positively a scam. It is commonly seen in one form or another. Under no circumstances should you send any money or personal information. This person is attempting to steal from you.

yes i realize now it's a nigerian romance scam !! i want to delete all text and emails ,but should i save them all ?? i know i will never get the money back , but how do i stop this man from doing it more!!?? he will not leave me alone , it's been one lie after another! says he's from portage ind. i went to people smart but that is know help!! Is he useing someone elses id??

With these types of scams there is no way of knowing for sure where they are or who they really are. It is very unlikely that he is in the US because that would subject him to being vulnerable to arrest here,

You can save the emails on the off chance that there is an arrest. You can report the person to your state attorney general for investigation. Though, as I said, it is unlikely he is in the US. If you are going to save the emails, I suggest you remove them from your computer and save them to a thumb drive.

You can set up your email viewer to filter and delete his emails. If he has your cell phone number, you can do the same thing with his number and block his calls.
