Good afternoon. Can you be more specific in your question? There is a Kent Sayre who is a purported hypnotist who is rather well-known in that field. However, many people do not believe in hypnotism and some that believe that it is a helpful field.
The Kent Sayre that I am talking about lives in Portland Oregon, and offesr Internet business opportunities

Is the address that you mentioned a real office local or just a PO Box address?
The Better Business Bureau does not accredit this company, which is not unusual; however, it does have a BBB rating of F (the lowest it gives) based mainly upon the number of complaints received and the type of business that it is (work-at-home businesses are almost always suspect). The BBB did find that the company made good faith efforts to resolve the complaints, but not all customers were satisfied.

This address appears to be a UPS office. PMB means private mailbox.
So it is a mail box and not a true office location.
I have seen some reviews (not sure how objective) that states that the program works; however, it does require a substantial investment and hard work.

This business, according to the BBB, started in 2001. In 2006, it registered with the Secretary of State's office and is in good standing, meaning that it files all necessary reports. It shows a physical address of: 4888 NW BETHANY BLVD STE K5-214 in Portland.
That seems to be a small shopping center. I don't think that it is a mailbox place.
