Hello, I just send a question on record of Mr. Steve Schurmann, CEO of Powerconcrete Building Techonologies Inc, is he the legitimate owner of power concrete building technologies Patents in US?
Thank you for getting back to me. Let me make some inquiries regarding this individual and I will get back to you within just a few minutes.
sure
Okay, thank you for your patience there.
I have conducted a review of this individual and his business and I am concerned by numerous reports that his business is not legitimate.
See here for an example review:
"Individual Promises the world, Request money for his promises up front, never does any of his promises from website and does not return any money. Do not do business with this person or any of his companies."

"My Name is XXXX XXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX at Concrete Cement in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The Trading company under the ownership of Mr. Stephan Schurmann,, Villa in a Box and Equity Panels, had sold us the idea of the Master Franchise for their concept for Malaysia. After a wire transfer of their franchise fee of $28.000 we have received only a brochure and nothing else. Needless to say, the company has stolen our money. Whilst we do believe the company has an excellent marketing ploy, we have learned that Mr. Schurmann has indeed been reported for fraud in the past. We cannot wait for compensation and have now appointed a team of security specialists to find the whereabouts of Schurmann and we shall collect our money. We urge anyone wishing to enter business with Schurmann to ensure strict legal guidelines are met."

What is quite concerning is that this Mr. Schurmann appears to go through great lengths in posting allegedly fake "apologies" to him and setting up other allegedly fake accounts posting positive reviews to improve his reputation.
If indeed these reports and allegations are true (which very likely appears to be the case), you would be dealing no only with a dishonest individual, but a person whose behavior borders on pathological.
The grandiose claims of this business person are too big to be believable. the fact that he allegedly requires fees up front is also a huge concern.
Accordingly, it would be wise to avoid giving this person any of your money.
Does this adequately address your concerns?
In fact, I paid him $ 50,000 as part of $1,000,000 fee for master licensee for Vietnam. I also visited his showroom in Alabaster, AL then I discovered he got dispute with Mr XXXX XXXXXX, owner of same techonology in PLP.
Have you had any further communication with him since you discovered his prior business disputes?
Yes, through email just this morning. I asked him to get all his letter of authorization for me certified by Alabama State Dapartment and he responed he will do.
Okay, do you have any further questions for me?
Yes, I am still don't know if he is legitimate owner for powerconcre building technology INC in US?
Can you help to check with that?
Sure. Sorry for not addressing that. Let me run some checks...
through his testimonials in his website powerconcrete.us, with the visit to his showroom of the Governor of Birmingham city, I am hoping that although he got disputes in the past with Mr XXXX XXXXXX but they seperated from mid 2011 and Mr. Steve Schurmann he registered his own patents in US.
Okay, I ran some searches and verified that he does in fact appear to be the owner and operator of Powerconcrete Building Technology.
I verified this fact by running a search of the domain registry for powerconcrete.us, which shows a Steven Schurmann to be the registered owner and administrator of that domain.
In light of the past complaints regarding this individual, I would advise you to proceed with extreme caution, but he is in fact the owner of the business he is claiming to be in charge of.
is it lawful that he has the full right with this patents in the US?
I'm not sure that I understand that question. Can you explain?
I mean : To US laws is he the owner of powerconcrete building technology Patents?
Here is a list from the U.S. patent office of all patents within an inventor named Schulmann:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=0&f=S&l=50&TERM1=&FIELD1=TI&co1=AND&TERM2=schulmann&FIELD2=INNM&d=PTXT
Unless you have the actual patent number, it would be impossible for me to verify this further.
That said, unless the patent appears on the list linked above, it would appear that he is not the inventor of any such patent based on my limited search.
I hope that this addresses your concern and I would greatly appreciate if you would accept my answer so that I may receive credit for assisting you.
Thank you. Since you have known this matter, I 'd like contac directly to you when I find his patent no or anything new. How do I contact to you?
You can direct future questions to me by beginning the subject line with "To LegalPro54 only:"
Yes. Thank you, Have a nice Sunday.
My ability to search patents is somewhat limited to the research I have conducted thus far is not conclusive. It is also possible that the inventor of the patient is under a different name. So please bear this in mind.
You to. Please remember to "accept." Best regards...
Sure.
Thank you. We will be in touch.
