Hi, My name is***** will need to check the two heater hoses going to the heater core from the engine to see if both are just as hot as the upper engine coolant hose. If this is okay then you may have a temperature blend door actuator in the dash heater case not working.

If both heater hoses are not hot then have the heater core flushed and if will not clear then replace heater core.
