Mercury mountaineer (1998) wipers don't come on, but wiper

Customer Question

mercury mountaineer (1998) wipers don't come on, but wiper fluid does disperse
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Do you know if there is power to the wiper motor?
Customer: I don't have voltage meter to check power to motor, but wince the fluid does disperse I'am assuming motor should still be good
JA: Are you fixing your Mountaineer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I was going to go pick up a new fuse to see if that resolves
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: power sunroof also not working, lol
