Can you pull the control knob off and see if it is cracked or broken in the center?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.

You should look up to the heater box by gas pedal and see if you see an an actuator with vacuum lines going to it. One more thing. What engine do you have?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
Expert:  Jaybird61 replied 5 months ago.

There will be two vacuum controlled doors on left side up to right above gas pedal. Need to check to see if vacuum motors are all hooked up? Then with engine running and control to defrost disconnect each vacuum connection on two vacuum motors to see if doors move.

The doors on the a/c heater box uses vacuum motors to move the doors to control air flow. Sorry we could not help you. I am opting out.
