I have a 2007 ford expedition and it has heated and cooled

Customer Question

I have a 2007 ford expedition and it has heated and cooled seats, but they don't work. When I press the heated or cooled seat button for either the driver's or passengers's side, the light on the button comes on and then a second later the light turns off. What is the problem? Is there a procedure to pin point the exact problem?

Hi. It is possible you may need a module that controls the climate control seat. But first check fuse 8 (40amp) in the fuse box under the hood.
