Customer: yes

Customer: i crank the car ran it for a few minutes. Then turned the engine off checked the oil. Then it would not crank. This is not the first time that this happened.
JA: What year is your Ford?
Customer: 2013 ford escape
JA: Are you fixing your Escape yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have taken it back to where I bought the battery. I also noticed that when I turned the ignition on that I could hear something and I noticed that the windshield wipers were kind of moving so I turned them on and it's like the blades were not coordinated. I've had the wiper motor changed once already.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
