I HAVE A 1998 FORD MUSTANG AND MY HEADLIGHTS ARE ALWAYS DIM. I HAVE BOUGHT NEW LENSES AND BULBS (EXTRA BRIGHT),CHECKED THE VOLTAGE WHICH IS 12 VOLTS. BRIGHT LIGHTS ARE FINE BUT DIM ALWAYS HAS A AMBER LOOK TO THEM. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM

If they have 12v and good ground then that is as good as they can get. The only other option I'd consider is upgrading to a aftermarket HID kit which should make them quite a bit brighter. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.
