Customer Question

I have a 2011 F150*****truck. My manual*****shifter will not shift. It acts like it is stuck.
JA: Does the vehicle have a fuse that enables or disables the shifter?
Customer: I didn't think so because it is a manual. Is that right?
JA: Are you fixing your F150 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, I haven't taken it to a garage yet. I have tried lubricating underneath the shifter with a spray oil which has worked once before.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose), my normal schedule online is around lunch and after dinner till early morning.

With the transmission in neutral and the brake applied, will the 4x4 shifter move?

What gear is the transfer case stuck on?

Chris
