Customer Question

8 Ford Explorer is making a load wurring noise and going slower then it should
JA: What year is your Explorer?
Customer: 2008
JA: Are you fixing your Explorer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I haven't tried anything, wondering if it is a transmission issue
JA: When was your transmission fluid last checked?
Customer: Not sure, you can't access it from inside the engine compartment
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: The noise sounds like an electric or hydrolic motor is running and it get loader when you accelerate. Also seems to be holding the vehicle back from accelerating
