Welcome, I'm Chris (aka Moose), my normal schedule online is around lunch and after dinner till early morning.

The clicking noise is most likely a broken blend door actuator. This motor moves the blend door so that air is redirected through the heater core or not. Do you have dual zone climate control where as the driver and passenger can select differnt temps? If so are oth sides not working? You most likely are going to need to remove the dash to gain access to this part once I know which HVAC system you have.
