4.6L. Issue is intermittent hard or no start. Normally after the vehicle has been driven for a while, shut off, then restarted soon thereafter (15-30 minutes).

This the fuel pump circuit diagram as requested & connector plug pin out

and also sent you fuel pump relay and circuit for it

1- unplug the fuel pump module connector and inspect for broke pins or baked out pins making poor connection ,spray electrcail contact cleaner on the connectio and retry

2- with switch on do you have power on the fuel pump

3- was the fuel pump relay checked

this waiting time and start back up , that is 90% of time fuel pump when it is hot it shuts off ,when cool back down it wil run again .

but make sure the relay is not getting stuck
