2006 ford explorer sound like a jet engine is under the hood when shifting thru the lower gears
JA: How old is the transmission? Have you noticed any leaking?
Customer: 10 years old no leaks
JA: Are you fixing your Explorer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: we replaced the fan clutch( a transmission shop said that was what was making the noise) afreind of mine is a home mechanic
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
