JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2004 f150
JA: Are you fixing your F150 yourself? What have you tried so far?

That block with the metal lines going into it and back out is called the ABS assembly. It is an electrical assembly that turns on and off valve to allow or stop brake fluid from going to each wheel to prevent the brakes from locking up during a panic stop. That can cause the brake pedal to be spongy and fade to the floor.

Ok how hard is it to replace

It is a little tricky. You will need to make sure you put the lines back into their proper position. Also, you will need a scan tool to properly bleed the ABS assembly.
