I was driving yesterday and the low tire pressure light came

i was driving yesterday and the low tire pressure light came on when i stopped, and shut off the car it gave the buzz like the battery wasn't charged
JA: Have you checked the battery's voltage?
Customer: and we cannot get it to go into nuetral to get it out of the garage ut battery charger on all night this morning its charged but just dead
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2010 ford focus
JA: Are you fixing your Focus yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: i live on an island there is no dealership here we don't know if this is some kind of fuse or what its never done anything like this before its got low mileage

we put it on the charger over night it's charged

the side front lights that come on when you leave the vehicle were super dull,
now we have a fuller charge on battery but car is like frozen
