I shorted some thing out when changing my stereo. I can't

Customer Question

I shorted some thing out when changing my stereo. I can't find any blown fuses in the fuse block.
JA: Do all the fuses have the correct amperage for the circuits they're in?
Customer: I don't know. I presume is how it came from factory
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2005 e350
JA: Are you fixing your E350 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I was changing stereo. I didn't disconnect the battery and I must have shorted something out. Now none of my dash works or the power windows

Hello, this is a 2005 E350 and the new radio isn't working due to a blown fuse correct?
