Is the fuse good? (f11 in the battery junction block)

Do you have a scan tool?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I do not have a scan tool, where is the battery junction block located.
Expert:  Super Mechanic replied 4 months ago.

The Battery Junction Box (BJB)/Power Distribution Box is located in the engine compartment. Right up in front. Please see attached diagram, thanks

Checked the fuses they were ok, what next.
Expert:  Super Mechanic replied 4 months ago.

The diagnostics will have to be done with a scan tool.

Actually the tests with the scan tool will tell you what the problem is. Such as;

A1 RETRIEVE ALL CMDTCs IN ALL MODULES
A5 VERIFY THE DOOR AJAR SWITCH OPERATION
A11 CHECK THE HALL-EFFECT SENSOR GROUND CIRCUIT FOR AN OPEN

And all of the step in between.
