Heater/AC fan sometimes works, but usually does not.
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: I'm quite sure its an electrical problem.
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2004 F250 SD
JA: Are you fixing your F250 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I would like to know which fuse, &where is relay for blower motor.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

hey how are you

1- blower motor relay C2107 , in the under hood fuse box

2- blower motor resistor is what also needs checking

3- there is 40 AMP in the for the blower motor in that fuse box

the box is under the steering

4- also the blower motor itself could be issue , when it does stop , if you hit on the blower housing with your hand does it come on ?

i sent you picture location of fuse ,relay and blower motor resistor
