Customer: yes. Was told last week by your people that it was the problem

Purge valve is on the top end of the intake manifold near the throttle body. If you want to continue here I will upload a diagram of the location.

The purge valve is #5 in the 3.0 section of the procedure

If you have specific codes l;et me know what they are, there is a TSB about fuel in the canister so it may not be the purge valve that is the problem

It would not be the purge valve then, that is closed with the key off and would allow the tank to be filled faster with the valve failed open.

Sounds like you need to go back to your original questions and work with the tech to find the cause.
