My lights only work on bright, my headlights, 2003 ford

Customer Question

my lights only work on bright
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: my headlights
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2003 ford escape
JA: Are you fixing your Escape yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have replaced the lights, hoping they were only going out but that didn't work. it also doesn't register that my lights are on bright, it acts like my brights are normal.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't think so.
