Second opinion] - trying to get my carbuerator vacuum lines

Customer Question

Second opinion] - trying to get my carbuerator vacuum lines hooked up on my 1983 ford ranger.
JA: Are you fixing your Ranger yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes and i have tried just about everything but it still acts like its starving for gas.
JA: Has the vehicle turned into a gas hog? And how does it start -- same as usual?
Customer: no its not a gas hog and we have to push it to start it cause we cant get the starter to line up with the flywheel
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

You have opened up 4 identical posts. You can only have one, go back to your original post and tell that expert that you have the 2.3 engine cause that is what he asked you.
