I have a 2012 Ford Expedition. Recently replaced the #7 coil

Customer Question

I have a 2012 Ford Expedition. Recently replaced the #7 coil pack and plug. Still ran rough so I replaced the rest of the plugs. Still get the check engine light after 2 1/2 days after I had the PCM cleared - after plug changes.
JA: Does the light stay on, or does it blink?
Customer: stays on steady and the vehicle runs rough
JA: Are you fixing your Expedition yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. Only the changes listed above
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Why is it running rough and why is that engine light staying on. I don't think all of the coil packs are bad Maybe the #7 new one was bad???
