Customer Question

The heater isn't working. I checked the coolant, its ok.
JA: Have you checked to make sure the thermostat is working? What about the coolant level?
Customer: Not sure where the thermostat is or how to check it?
JA: What is the model/year of your Ford?
Customer: 2013 ford edge
JA: Are you fixing your Edge yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Maybe. So far I've only checked the coolant level
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: We bought the car used with 100k warranty. Would this be covered?
